Dr. Moersch's Research
For the past 7 years, Dr. Chris Moersch has been the key investigator in the LoTi Digital Age School action research project. This project focuses on the impact of increased student H.E.A.T. (Higher order thinking, Engaged learning, Authentic connections, Technology use) on (1) student academic achievement in one or more content areas and (2) the level of instructional innovation (LoTi) in the classroom. The emphasis is on contextual learning that enables students to transfer their content understanding to real world situations using the available digital assets in the classroom.
